quarterly socials and new member orientations
- Publish
list of organizations we support
- Continued
emphasis on youth programs, e.g.-Interact, scholarships, RYLA, CAC,
CASA
- Look
for international project and pursue matching grants
- EREY
goal of $5,500 (55 members)
- Better
educate membership on what foundation does
- Make
early application for matching grants
- Everyone
has a job, keep tally, list in directory
- Increase
knowledge of Rotary programs and opportunities
- All
committees have a vice chair
- Quarterly
club assemblies
- Create
a club website with links to district and RI
- Timely
submission of articles and pictures
- Implement
purchase approval process
- Educate secretary and
treasurer on software available from RI
